President Obama said there is no magic bullet with rising gasoline costs. And while gas prices rise, his approval rating drop, (meanwhile the elite media continues to beat the drum that he’d beat any GOP candidate, but that’s another story.)
So to solve our fuel crisis should we look to So-Ho Hipsters for a solution? College kids who don’t own cars, drive and or live walking distance from work with no kids to cart to soccer practice and never heard of CostCo or Walmart? What would a car / truck loving redneck do for fuel?

Don't ask this guy about cars and gas prices... |
Make methanol. After all... it’s what fuels NASCAR. NASCAR does not lack horsepower unlike electric golf carts like the Prius and natural gas powered fork lifts vehicles hipsters believe to be our future.

Forget the T. Boone Pickens Plan or the Hipster “bike to work” myth....
1) Take biomass garbage (a resource that grows with population and is found equally in cities and country, balancing human waste with animal waste, garbage with agricultural waste)
2) Ship it to American deserts (providing American jobs using existing training, infrastructure and government owned land)
3) Use solar thermal energy to cook biomass into fuel (steel and glass mirror arrays do not require patent fees & other proprietary costs solar photovoltaic technologies the President’s pet companies enjoy)
4) Distribute the fuel nationally (using existing infrastructure that already handles current liquid fuel)
That car in your driveway already handles 15% methanol. If you’ve bought gas from Hess, you may already be using up to 15% alternate fuel without knowing it. About $500 will update that car to handle up to 85%. You could call your local redneck mechanic to do it if if you’re hipster-capped.
A $20K car that runs on gas costs $20K.
A $20K car that runs on natural gas costs more than $20K.
A $20K car that runs on electric costs $60K.
But a $20K car that runs on methanol costs... $20K.
For diesel trucks, the major ingredient in bio-diesel happens to be methanol. Wouldn't it be nice to have a solution liberal Willie Nelson and his bio-diesel bus can't say no to? Let him drive around the country touting a NASCAR solution...
Or are redneck solutions not smart enough for liberals?
