Michele Bachmann, Rick Santorum Or Nothing

The 2012 Republican primary process has been a learning experience for me as a blogger. It has revealed who are the conservative bloggers and who are the establishment stooges.

It was very disappointing to watch blog after blog let the old boy RINOs in DC tell them what who was and was not electable. Rush, Levin, Beck, Hannity all tried to warn them, saying "don't fall for it; they can all beat Obama." But like a bunch of stubborn jackasses they wouldn't listen.

Hotair, RCP, Free Republic, Right Wing News, Red State, were the worst of them. They stubbornly backed Gingrich, who not only is an Al Gore environmentalist, but was also on the take with Freddie Mac. And did I mention that he supports the Brady Bill, and that the sorry sucker cheated on not one but two sick wives? He is the disgusting result of a three way between Bill Clinton, Al Gore and Barney Frank.

Some of them have even started backing the liberal progressive Mitt Romney, now that Gingrich has started sliding in the polls.

On the contrary Conservative Blogs Central has been true blue conservative.

We have not wavered from our conservative values. And we will not back another John McCain RINO for any office, from the school board to the President of the United States.

If Michele Bachmann or Rick Santorum does not win the GOP nomination I am done.

I will not support another lukewarm conservative like Mitt Romney or Newt Gingrich. And I am damn sure not going to vote for a creepy nut like Ron Paul.

I did it with John McCain in 2008, but no more; I will not do it again. These establishment candidates have no chance of beating someone like Obama, because millions of Teaparty, social cocservatives and evangelicals feel the same as I.

If it takes another four more years of Obama for Republicans to realize that sticking with true conservatives is the path to victory, then maybe that is the best thing that can happen.

There is not such a thing as an independent in this day and time. You either fire up the base, or you have half of your voters sit out.

I thought that the RINO McCain taught us this hard lesson already.

The poles polls show that we are slow learners.

Why Ayn Rand Scares the Left

If there is any intellectual of the last 100 years who scares the Left, it is Ayn Rand. One needs only to search her name on the internet and they will find that she is perhaps more abused and insulted than Milton Friedman and Reagan. Often the charges that most attack her with can be boiled down to “She believes that people should be self-centered bastards and not give a damn about anyone else.”

While anyone who has taken the time to read her fiction and nonfiction works knows that the above claim isn’t accurate, the fact that Rand is the target of so many wannabe-commentators reveals the amount of anger that the woman brings out in the Left. The question honestly begs to be asked – why? Why does this Russian immigrant, who died in 1982, bring Liberals to the use of such vitriol and character assassination?

The answer is actually quite simple – she makes sense. She is to Socialism what David was to Goliath and the Left simply doesn’t know how to respond to her except to demagogue and paint her as a puppet to the elitists. Unlike some of the more pacifistic fighters for the Right and Libertarianism Rand doesn’t hold back, if anything she removes the veil that the Progressive and Socialist movement has used for decades – the veil of “the Greater Good”. It had been this façade that left far too many Conservatives stammering during the New Deal, with the passing of Social Security, and the growth of Welfare. However she tore it off with her philosophy of the Individual and showed the true face of the Left with her novels.

Rand explained that Capitalism is the only Moral Economic System because unlike Socialism, Feudalism, Communism, Welfare Statism, and the Mixed Economy, Capitalism treats people as Individuals and not the sacrificial animals that all the other systems did. She preached that instead of appeasing everyone else, that one should live for his own happiness. That Innovation is created by Free Individuals and not Government coercion.

This is what infuriates the Left. Ayn makes clear how the “Good Intentions” of government regulation often lead to worldly Hell. Her novella “Anthem” shows how government constraint goes against progress. And her magna opus “Atlas Shrugged” paints the end result of a society that doesn’t give Individuals their freedom. In short, she kills the Left’s Utopian ideals with logic.

It was nearly fifty years ago that Whitaker Chambers savaged “Atlas Shrugged” in the National Review and separated the Conservative Movement from Rand. Now we are beginning to see the reemergence of Randian ideas with the Tea Party and members of the Republican Party who are influenced by her like Paul Ryan and Rand Paul. It is time for the Right to admit it and embrace it – Rand is right.

Over the holidays I took time to visit a few Middle Eastern websites and read the reports of Iran’s latest naval war games.  I also read a number of comments on those sites.  I must tell you I was shocked by the comments left by those purporting to be, well, Iranians, or supporters of Iran.  Actually, the comments I read overwhelmingly demonstrated the hatred held in the region for America.  THAT is NOT what shocked me. 

We have read often of the “educated people” of Iran.  Supposedly a Middle Eastern country with a populace better educated than many, if not most, of her neighbors   After my visits to their websites, I have extreme doubt about their education in so far as it pertains to world affairs, especially anything having to do with America, American history, the American character, and/or the American military prowess.

I suppose when one lives in a closed society, like Iran, and when that society is ruled over by a group of extreme fundamentalist clerics, where life is cheap, and one is taught one’s life belongs to the mullahs and only your death has value, then wild, extreme, statements concerning the certain destruction of America (and Israel) is what passes for manliness.

It is really sad to see a people whose lives are so devoid of meaning and so filled with hate that they are willing to destroy themselves and their entire country in an attempt to prove, what, exactly?  To prove they are really BAD men?  To prove they are masculine in the extreme?  To prove their love for some god called Allah?  To prove they had rather be dead than alive?

All the bellicose threats coming out of Iran these days is only hurting Iran.  Theirs is the sort of speech that ignites wars. Theirs are the kinds of actions that will bring the wrath of the entire world down on their heads.

Most everyone knows that if you poke a tiger with a stick long enough and often enough, eventually it will tire of your sport and simply devour you.  Everyone knows that -- but Iran.

Look.  If Iran is planning on going to war with the US -- and expecting China and Russia to back them to the hilt -- they are in for a very rude awakening.  Russia simply does not have the wherewithal to do very much but provide a few munitions.  China? Well, China is not about to actually take on it’s number one customer and risk all the money America owes them in loans to defend some Middle Eastern country which has little to offer China -- other than oil.  There’s lots of oil available from a host of other countries around the globe that would be happy to have China as a customer.  Sorry Iran.  Munitions and moral support is the realistic expectation of Russian and Chinese involvement in an Iranian war against the US.

We have seen this sort of display of bravado before from chest-thumping wannabe  They usually wind up with the destruction of their country and a lot of dead leaders, both political and religious, and generations of rebuilding.  regimes in rogue nations around the globe.

Iran’s “bathtub navy” is embarrassingly impotent.  Oh, sure, they have a few good weapons and, sure, they will get in a few “hits” … before they are sent to the bottom.  One has to wonder if that is how they intend to block the Straits of Hormuz … with the sunken derelicts of their own second hand navy?

The bottom line is:  Iran is going to be attacked by the US, or Israel, or both.  And yes, Iran will attempt to close the Straits… and they may succeed… for a week, or so.  Then the hammer comes down.

Iran’s hyperbole these days is cartoonishly funny.  If, however, they are foolish enough to light the fuse on a war, America will stop laughing -- and Iran will find that it has “talked” itself onto a path to national destruction from which there is no turning back.

Just days ago, we were singing of peace on earth and goodwill toward men as the world teeters on the cusp of Armageddon. (It reminded a great deal of the kid whistling as he walks past a graveyard at night.) The entire globe, today, is one huge powder keg with a smoldering fuse.  It behooves people of sanity to tread softly, and speak softly, less that smoldering fuse sparks to life and the entire planet blows up in war. 

Many pundits and modern-day soothsayers have proclaimed that, indeed, Iran’s goal is to bring war and chaos to the earth to prepare the way for the return of the Twelfth Imam.  (Read more about the 12^th Imam HERE.)  Their ultimate goal is to conquer the entire world in the name of Islam and establish a one-world, Islamic, theocratic, government – just like the one in Iran.

  

There can be no doubt that unless Iran changes her belligerent attitude, there will be war, and the people of Iran will suffer greatly – and lose.  It is no secret that forces are already in motion in preparation for a war with Iran. 

Iran’s dependence on what they feel is an elite military is misplaced.  That will quickly become obvious once hostilities begin.

Someone once said:  “It is better to have an army of sheep led by a lion, than an army of lions led by a sheep.”  The people of Iran would do well to ponder this proverb -- deeply -- before allowing the first shot to be fired.

There's clearly something magical about Hawaii that makes politicians want to spend large amounts of money (not that they ever need a big push in that direction).

As a case in point, while enjoying his $4 million vacation on Oahu, Barack Obama is expected to make a casual phonecall back to Washington this week (probably from the golf course, where he's spent more time this year than in his previous two years in office) requesting yet another $1.2 trillion in mad money.

After making a big deal of "giving" $40 to hardworking Americans last week, the cost of this latest expenditure will be $4000 to each and every man, woman, and child in the nation. So much for "pizza night" or buying insulin.

And Hawaii's warm salt air has also encouraged Nancy Pelosi (that champion of America's common people) to go on a bit of a spending spree - treating herself to a $10,000 per night suite at a luxurious vacation resort. Of course, she's got the money to do it - thanks to barely legal and highly unethical insider trading schemes which have helped this "public servant" amass a personal fortune estimated to be as high as $196 million while the net worth of average Americans nosedived.

So the question in our minds is does Hawaii create spendthrifts, or just attract them? Either way, it might be good to force politicians to stay in Washington during the long, cold winter.

It might remind them that for America's distressed, depressed, overtaxed, and unemployed that life's a bitch...and not a beach.

Teaparty Express Backs Michele Bachmann

This is sure to cause some wailing and gnashing of teeth from the GOP establishment, who were so confident that they had the nomination sowed -- better than sewed -- up with either Gingrich or Romney.

Look for Bachmann to surprise everyone in Iowa.

Huff Post - Tea Party Express will "support" Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann's campaign for president, the group announced Monday. But that's not a full-fledged endorsement, the national Tea Party organization clarified.

"While the Tea Party Express has not endorsed a presidential candidate at this time, Michele Bachmann garners strong Tea Party support because of her work and commitment to restoring fiscal responsibility to Washington, D.C.," Tea Party Express Chairman Amy Kremer said, according to Roll Call.

The move is a boost for the Bachmann campaign, which has been carrying out a frenzied operation to visit the state's 99 counties ahead of the Jan. 3 caucuses. She's hoping to bolster support among the Hawkeye State's most conservative voters, who hold heavy sway in the first-in-the-nation contest.

Kremer's announcement also marks somewhat of a change of tone from the Tea Party, which hasn't coalesced around Bachmann despite her conservative credentials. Earlier this month, Bachmann finished behind former House Speaker Newt Gingrich in a straw poll conducted by the national Tea Party Patriots group. And earlier this year, another Tea Party group, American Majority, called on Bachmann to quit the race and open up breathing space for what they described as more viable Republican presidential candidates.

Tea Party Express appears to be subscribing to a different mentality than American Majority, as Kremer argued that the primary process would benefit from having more competition during the early stages.

"The Tea Party Express is committed to finding and endorsing the strongest conservative candidate to take on President Barack Obama next year. In order to develop the best candidate, we must allow for a competitive process in Iowa and the early primary and other caucus states," Kremer said. "Let's let the voters in Iowa choose the leading candidates to go forward from the many excellent candidates we have."

Jameela Barnette threatened Rep. Peter King and New York State Senator Greg Ball. And that's not all. I deleted hundreds of amazingly vicious and hateful comments from her here at Atlas and on the Facebook pages, always in the name of Allah. Here is one that remains -- all of them were like that. Yet after all the threats she sent out, Jameela Barnette was still free to go jihad. After this devout Muslim threatened Ball, she was arrested, but was released without bail. Nothing was done to stop her. When she finally did choose to go jihad, she attacked a police officer, and so she was mercifully killed before she could take out G-d only knows how many. She could have chosen to do any number of other ways to mount a jihad attack: she could have gone to a church on Christmas morning. She could have gone to a shopping mall, or any place where the kuffar gather, and dozens or even hundreds of people could be dead today.

Instead, only she is dead. That's the best of all possible outcomes. But this should be an object lesson for clueless and compromised law enforcement: take Muslim threats seriously. Before more infidels get killed.

Pelosi Doing "Occupy" Protest In Hawaii

HAWAII (BHN) - 

Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Retard-CA) is defending her stay in a $10K a night suite at the exotic Four Seasons Resort Hualalai as an "occupy-style" protest of the wealthiest 1% of Americans.

Pelosi's attempt at secretly staying (for at least the third time) at the ultra-expensive resort was thwarted by publicized photos showing her relaxing poolside at the property.

Shortly thereafter, Mrs. Pelosi reportedly had a small tent erected inside her suite's main living room, where she spends several minutes each afternoon making protest signs and banging on a bongo.

"I'm here to make a statement to the wealthiest 1%," the wildly-blinking Pelosi told reporters, "that people are out of work because of you, and it's time you gave back. I'm not leaving here until we're all at the same level of poverty."

My comments: Something tells me Pelosi's half-naked frame poolside is punishment enough for the wealthy staying at that joint!

Dick Morris - the Charlatan

Since Bill Clinton’s exit in 2000, there has been one man attempting to resuscitate his image, and has done so quite effectively with all considered. This man is none other than the president’s former consultant, Dick Morris. If the Republican Party wants to blame any one person for ensuring that they lost the 1996 election, they need not look farther than this pudgy, red faced man. Were it not for him, it is quite possible that Clinton would have lost. In fact, according to Dick Morris, it was he that brought Clinton back from “being buried in a landslide.”

After Morris resigned from the Clinton administration because of an interesting dealing with a prostitute and a conversation with the president in 1996, he set off then as a man who was a Conservative at heart and had simply helped the Clintons because it was his job. Or, another explanation he has given, that he became disillusioned with the power couple. If anything, there is something rather convenient about his change of heart with the end of the decade, especially considering that he had not aided Clinton in simply one election but two.

It was with this change in his view, he suddenly became the best friend to a number of conservative commentators, most notably Sean Hannity and Bill O’Reilly. With this publicity he has gained a voice in Republican politics that should sicken many who are aware of his utterly contradictory past. A man who fought against the Republicans, now one of them. A Liberal who ensured the longevity of a president that many disliked, now a Conservative Populist. If it doesn’t strike you as more than odd that he is still talking at Conservative engagements and events, I ask you to pause and think for a moment.

Not only does he now have stock in the Conservative Movement, but he has the audacity to attack those who are more welcomed and worthy of being part of it than he himself. In an article he wrote nearly a year ago, “Newt’s Right” the closet Liberal attacked Paul Ryan’s plan as “suicidal”. More recently he recently made a video claiming that Ron Paul is more Liberal than Obama. While both attacks were ridiculous on their own accord it was only more so when the man couldn’t get his facts straight on either.

The time has come for this sad little man to be evicted from the house he has intruded. Dick Morris is not a Conservative, he is not an intelligent man, and he should not be featured by Conservatives. The Insiders have got to go if we are going to win this election and Morris is at the least a wannabe-insider. In short, it’s time to clean house, starting with Dick.

Mitt Romney's Is Starting To Get His Time In The Barrow

With Romney being the only viable candidate competing in Virgina, expect every gun to turn on him.

He will now have to face the onslaught of fire not only from media, but also from everyone who supports the Not-Mitt movement.

I look for everyone to back off of Ron Paul after the Iowa caucus, hoping to deny Mittens Virginia's sixty delegates.

[MEDIAite] Ever since a New York magazine cover story ran in late October, it was only a matter of time before cable news caught up with a potentially catastrophic angle to Mitt Romney‘s presidential campaign. The feature length article penned by Benjamin Wallace-Wells portrayed Romney not only as part of “the 1%” but pointed out how much of Romney’s wealth came as a result of Bain Capital’s company re-orgs that reportedly led to a great number of job losses. With the Iowa caucus just a week away, it was only a matter of time before this story got the cable news Klieg lights

Reporting for CNN’s The Situation Room, Brian Todd highlights the core business strategy of Bain Capital, the private equity company that essentially purchases troubled companies at a relatively discounted price, then re-engineers the business model in hopes of taking the company public or re-selling at a much higher price than it was purchased. It’s a simple capitalist equation, though often times the re-engineering of said troubled businesses led to job losses. It makes sense that some jobs would be rendered redundant in an effort to increase efficiencies and profitability, and Bain Capital was very successful at this process. But as we so often see in political season, common sense matters less than the actual narrative put forth by a front-runner’s detractors.

VA GOP Changed Ballot Access Rules Last Month

This should fire up the conspiracy theories.

I just don't understand why Big Government thinks that Perry should be upset. It is a winner take all state anyway; a state neither Perry or Bachmann had much of a chance at winning. Now if they are willing to work with Gingrich, they can deny Romney a win by having their people vote for Ron Paul -- hitting the reset button on the entire primary race.

The only one who should be upset is Gingrich.

WASHINGTON – Republican presidential hopeful Ron Paul negates Israel's right to exist, Eric Dondero, who served as a senior aide to the 76-year-old Texas congressman for over 12 years, said on Monday.

In a blog posted in Rightwing News, Dondero said that while Paul was, in his opinion, neither a racist nor an anti-Semite, he is very much anti-Israel.

"I worked for the man for 12 years (and) I never heard a racist word expressed towards Blacks or Jews come out of his mouth… I can categorically say that I never heard anything out of his mouth, in hundreds of speeches I listened to over the years, that could be called, anti-Semite," he writes.

But according to Dondero, the elderly congressman "wishes the Israeli state did not exist at all."

The congressman's former aide insists in his blog that Paul expressed the controversial sentiment "numerous times in our private conversations."

(CNN) Blog by Wolf Blitzer - I am beginning to suspect that Iraq could wind up following Yugoslavia’s example. As you know, there once was a country called Yugoslavia. It had several distinct provinces based on ethnic differences: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Kosovo and Serbia. You get the point. What largely held the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia together was the brutal dictatorship of Marshal Josip Broz Tito. Once he died, the country went into a series of deadly and bitter civil wars. Yugoslavia ceased to exist in 2003. It has been replaced by these other countries. As you also know, Iraq has had bitter ethnic tensions for a long time among Sunnis, Shiites and Kurds. It was held together for a long time by Saddam Hussein’s brutal dictatorship. For the almost nine years since Saddam’s removal, it has been held together by a huge U.S. military presence. But with U.S. troops now out of the country, I suspect we could be on the verge of seeing Iraq spiral into civil war. We already have seen a series of terrorist attacks in recent days. My fear is that this will only get worse. The Sunnis clearly don’t trust the Shiites, especially Shiite Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki. Some of his recent actions, including an arrest warrant for the Sunni vice president, have fueled this fear of a civil war. Vice President Joe Biden has been on the phone for days with Iraqi leaders trying to calm things down. So far, he has not met with much success. It has long been Biden – more than any other top U.S. official – who has long feared the collapse of Iraq into these three groupings. Unless cooler heads prevail in Baghdad, his fears may turn out to have been justified.

Am I the only one who had a John McCain flashback, when they watched Mitt Romney's lukewarm attempt at an attack on Obama? Is this really someone we are running on the Republican ticket?

People are so tired of these beltway buffoons destroying the conservative movement. We need someone with the balls to call Obama out for what he is and for what he has done.

Why We Need to Stop Antagonizing Russia

                One of the things that has recently come to my attention, or rather I took time to examine it, is the reemergence of Anti-Russian and more precisely, anti-Putin feelings.  Now I know that there are many of us who don’t care for the former KGB officer, however, do we know what the alternative is?  The fact is that Russia isn’t going out of the International theatre any time soon and, is we aware of what group would take over in Russia were Putin not in control?  I don’t think so.  When it comes to understanding the politics of other countries, we rarely care and when we do it’s usually only on the lines of if they are anti-American or not. 

                With the rise of the protests in Russia, it is easy to once again hope (naively) that a conservative, free market, pro-American government will come about if Vlad does not become president again.  However, what many don’t know is that the second most popular party in Russia is the Communist Party.  Behind them is the Liberal Democrat Party which calls for the regaining of Ukraine and Belarus to the country.  And then finally the A Just Russia Party, which calls for a welfare state and Democratic Socialism.  These are the alternatives to Putin and his party.  

                While Vladimir Putin has proven to be contrary, to some people, towards U.S. interests he has done many things that most Conservatives in the U.S. would welcome.  In his country he has implemented a 13% flat income tax, opened up oil and natural resources to extraction, made the country more business friendly and has allowed it to become an energy superpower.  If nothing else, he makes Obama look like the socialist he is. 

                And now, there are riots in the streets of Russia.  Many Media outlets are calling for new elections, saying that the last one was rigged.  Our old friend Gorbachev came out and called for Putin’s resignation.  Even Hilary Clinton came and opened her big mouth.  It seems that everyone is attempting to be the first to call for Putin to be out. 

                However, what do we want instead?  Do we want the Communists back?  Didn’t we beat them already?  Do we really want another Cold war?  What about the Just Russia Party?  They want to socialize the country.  And the Liberal Democrat Party?  They wish to reclaim the lost territory of the Soviet Union, or their “natural borders”.  All these parties would make the Russia of the last 10 years look like a walk in the park. 

                It’s time we realize that the politics of foreign countries aren’t as simple as they are here in America.  The idea that they are under systems like ours isn’t so.  Do I believe that we should be the greatest friends with Russia and Vladimir Putin? No.  However, I don’t believe in antagonizing the person who stands between the West and the reemergence of Communism.  Democracy should reign, and elections should be fair.  But the difference is that in the West, they aren’t crying against false elections, they’re calling for Putin’s head.

Growing up a pack of Australian wild colonial boys in Southeast Asia, there was a bit of a disconnect for my brothers and I. Due to the British influence, our family followed the holiday traditions of a place we boys had never set foot in. I came away from my first Guy Fawkes bonfire at the British Club as mystified as before it was explained to me. Due to the war in neighboring ex-French Indochina we were surrounded by Americans, and we were slowly becoming Americanized. Thus, to me, Guy Fawkes is 'British Halloween'. The one I could never figure is 'Boxing Day.'

Now, it’s become a virtual stampede as advertisers abandon the controversy-plagued show. Even better, ‘All-American Muslim’ ratings are tanking, due, at least, in part, to blogs like this one which called on its readers to support LOWE’S decision with their wallets. Apparently they have.

What Price The First Amendment?

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances”.

Words. Simple and direct. No society on Earth had ever heard their like before… they were truly as revolutionary as the revolution that spawned them. It was the beginning of the evolution of the freest, most open and dynamic nation/state in history. Cobbled together from a handful of often cantankerous and contrarily independent colonies. How, then, were these wildly disparate groups of peoples forged into the instrument for truth and freedom that is the United States of America?

We know that we stand on the shoulders of giants. Even a cursory glance through our founding documents reveals them to be the inspired works of thoughtful, highly educated (most of them were reading Homer in the original Greek by the time they were 12 or 13 and doing trigonometry and calculus as well) men who risked everything to birth this nation of free men, against odds that reason said were impossible.

Information was passed from person to person. The papers of the period were mostly one page ‘broadsheets’ which could often be found plastered to the wall of the local tavern. Political views and opinions were often printed in pamphlets which were circulated through the towns and villages. There were no ‘professional’ journalists… only individual Americans speaking their minds and hearts.

The founders realized that a free and independent press was critical to having a free and open society. There is nothing at all in the Constitution, Bill of Rights or the Declaration of Independence that defines journalism. One does not have to pass some sort of litmus test to be a writer or a citizen journalist. At least until now, it seems.

Judge Hernandez

A federal judge has decided to take it upon himself to define what, in his liberally-inspired mind, is the definition of a journalist. He’s already way off the reservation as far as the Constitution is concerned. Judge Marco Hernandez ruled that blogging was not journalism and bloggers were not journalists. It didn’t help that the subject of this legal action was one Crystal Cox, a blogger who is being sued for defamation.

That Ms.Cox was obviously way, way off base is readily apparent when reading the available documentation. The very first paragraph she wrote in the blog in question says it all. She stated, “There are several reasons why I claim Kevin Padrick, Obsidian Finance, is a thug, thief and a liar”. Pretty obvious to me why she’s in hot water. Bloggers and journalists have backed away from this story like it was the bubonic plague.

Responsible journalism and responsible blogging journalism are one and the same thing. The facts are that you will, on any given day, find more truthful, cogent reporting in the journalistic blogosphere than all of the supposed main stream media combined. This uber-liberal Oregon federal judge should break out his copy of the Constitution, open it and read it… something which I’m sure is foreign to him.

This first amendment to our Constitution is the rock to which all of the other amendments are anchored. Protect it we must… protect it we will.

Someone Explain to Me How Islam is a Religion of Peace

Islamic Terror Attacks on Christians This is a 2 year list of targeted acts of terrorism on Christian civilians and church workers by religious Muslims. Even though it is small sample, Peaceofreligion.com compile an unabridged version since September 11th, 2001. It is compiled by keyword search from their main database. These attacks have nothing to do with war, combat, or insurgency. The victims are innocent Christians who were specifically targeted and abused solely on account of their faith by those who claim their own religion as a motive. There hasn't been any documentation of Christians, in recent memory, that went on an Islamic killing spree. Muslims would go on an characterize how Christians would do the same thing, but that is ignorant. There are some Muslims who would use Timmy McVeigh and the Oklahoma City bombing as a religious act against Muslims. But there is a problem. Timmy McVeigh was an agnostic and his motive was not to kill Christian, Muslims, or other religions. Thus, I would like someone to explain to me how Islam is a religion of peace. So far, I am not seeing it. In the latest attack on Christians, an Islamic group took credit in killing 27 Catholics in Nigeria on Christmas Day. I wonder what would happen if Christians attack Muslims during the Hajj. In fact, I haven't heard any outcry from the Muslim community on these atrocities. This is not a complete list, as much of the violence goes unreported.
